Loved, Loved this place! Food was fantastic. Everything was done perfect! My husband had the biggest steak they had on the menu and was the first one to order it (we went just after they first opened). The drinks were pretty good - they don't have EVERY liquor out there (they are small and just starting out), but they have several signature cocktails that sounded all fun to work my way thru. Wedge salad was amazing! Thank God no Sysco dressing! Everything there is made there, and it shows. The shrimp and grits was not your typical sauced grits and I still loved it. Nice unique twist on a classic that I find myself craving. Steaks were perfectly cooked and the loved the cream spinach side. For those up North - I preferred the ambiance of Prime 225 in Chesapeake City, but I preferred the FOOD at Joshua's AND the price.
I will love to watch this place grow and continue to get better.

Thank you to Josh and staffing at their new restaurant!! The steaks were fantastic and cooked exactly as I love them...Pittsburgh Style. It was a pleasure to see the owners come to our table to see how we enjoyed our food. We will be back!

Went to Joshuas steak house last night. Was super excited,but was immediately let down. Ordered coconut rum and club soda waitress returned "no coconut rum" then she took our order we ordered a ceaser salad 7$ was good but small my husband ordered french onion soup . I must say it was pretty good. I got filet medium + and Robert got rib eye med rare. We were disappointed with the limited choice of sides. We decided to share baked potatoe. My steak was flavorless and burnt on the outside ,enough that i had to cut it off i couldnt eat it.Roberts rib was fair at best not much flavor. There was little dishes with salt and pepper on table i put my fingers in it to get it out just assuming it would be replaced with each new table setting only to learn when watching bus boy clear another table it was not .That must be health code issue. It definitely grossed me out. Our bill was 80. We will not be returning what a disappointment. I guess we will be going back across bridge to Stoney River Steakhouse.
