The staff at this neighborhood cleaners always make sure the job is done right, recognizing me on sight and not needing to ask for my name or phone number, which has been convenient during busy times. I appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness, such as when the owner explained how to restore a dress with RIT dye when they couldn't dye it themselves due to regulations, showing their expertise and excellent customer service.
