The artisan pizza is superb. They use actual chunks of tomatoes for toppings, the tomato sauce used is organic, and they sprinkle fine cornmeal grain on the pizza giving it an additonal texture that makes it feel like a real gourmet pizza. Its tasty, filling and has converted me from a pizza 'deal guy' who looked for more pizza for his money to a pizza conniseur. Sean
