Lucky House have great customer service! I was referred to them by my co-worker, who informed me that their food is very good! I had ordered shrimp fried rice, fried wings and 2 shrimp egg rolls, which my food was horrible.

Because my Fried Rice was very dry with only "three" shrimp, wings were refried very hard and the meat appeared to be a "yellowish" color, which I thought the chicken had been sitting out too long before it was refried again. So, my two shrimp egg rolls were nice size, but were filled with cabbage and there was only "one" shrimp per egg roll!

Yes, I was so disappointed with both the quality and quantity of my food that I had ended up throwing my entire meal away before my lunch break ended and just cut my loses to never order food from this place again!

I'm glad you found Lucky House as your new go-to for Chinese take-out in Philly! Sometimes you just crave some greasy Chinese food, and Lucky House always hits the spot. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always accommodating with customizing your order to your liking.
