The food here is flavorful, filling, and offers a great variety of healthy options that make lunchtime both satisfying and quick, with friendly staff who provide attentive and helpful service. I often enjoy building my own plate with protein and sides like salmon and roasted vegetables, and appreciate the creative drinks and occasional specials that add even more value to the experience.

When I visited, I tried their sugar-free lemonade and found it to be quite enjoyable, along with the flavorful and filling food. The staff was friendly and the overall experience exceeded my expectations for a downtown restaurant.
