3 of us chose Panera for meeting today. I compared online menu to in store & completely different. Asked server and he said maybe its not Paneras menu. I showed him to verify. Shrugged & said maybe menus changed. Extremely unhelpful dude. I asked about some chicken sandwich and he described all sorts of ingredients, toppings, pickle that comes with. I ordered 1/2 and ice tea. Paid for a full i realized later, plus tip ($11) and sandwich only had a couple chunks of chicken, tomato slice, no pickle. My friend was so disappointed in bowl she ordered. Neither of us took it back but should have. Not returning. Already sharing with others
