After swearing off Pats due to their previous mistakes, I decided to give them another chance while adjusting my expectations. Despite the cheese mix-up with my Chicken Steak order, I've come to appreciate their delicious subs and fries, along with the great catering experience we had for my son's christening, where everyone raved about the food.

I used to love their food but the last time I ordered the food itself was not only different but the portions were much smaller. The food was not nearly as good and they still charge the same for less. I called to express my disappointment and was not happy with the way I was treated. I was a regular customer but will never order from them again.

Food order was completely screwed up! Wanted Buffalo Chicken Pizza and was delivered BBQ Pizza, Second pie was supposed to be Banana Peppers and Bacon. Arrived as Sweet Pepper and Bacon. Ruined our dinner plans. Manager offered to send replacement pies...45 minutes later and we have to return the incorrect pies. Get it right the first time guys!

I am surprised to hear about the previous person's comment and to that extent. Maybe they just had a bad night. I have ordered from Pat's Pizza a few times and I have never been unsatisfied with my order. Always hot good quality food. I actually prefer their pizza over any other and my daughter loves the fries. As a matter of fact I will be ordering their tonight. I give Pat's a Very Good!

It's the end of the day and both my husband and I are tired. We order a steak sub and chicken dinner with rice and string beans and have it delivered. I give the guy a good tip.
As we sit down to eat, I open the chicken dinner box to see what looks like a piece of chicken that was made into jerky. It looked horrible. There was no skin on the breast either. How a cook could serve such an awful piece of chicken was disgusting.
I was hungry, so I ate the rice and green beans and gave the chicken to the dog. I didn't want to wait for Pat's to make me another dinner. I wanted my dinner now.

So I called the next day and spoke to the manager. No offense, but he sounded like a kid. In an angry voice, He says if I had called him yesterday, he could have done something. I didn't want "something," I wanted my dinner when I had it delivered!

No more Pat's pizzeriz for me. Lousy food and dispectful customer service. They had me on file so they knew I was a repeat customer! Too many other places around here to order from. Too late, Pat's lost a repeat customer!!!
