This place isi DISGUSTING! I have been a customer of Perchi's for FIVE YEARS. Tonight, when my husband and I were eating there, a ROACH crawled on my shirt, and then on the table. When we told the cashier, she confirmed that it was a roach (my husband had killed it) and called the owner. First, he offered $5, and then 1/2 of the price of our meal, which I did not accept, being that this is a serious health issue and we didn't finish our meal. When the employee handed the phone to me, the owner started yelling at me immediately, asking me where the roach came from (gee, I don't know; next time I'll ask it!), and told me that unless it was in our food, it didn't come from his restaurant. He then hung up on me. Tomorrow I will be filing reports with the Health Dept. and the BBB. When I got home, I called back to ask for the employee's and owner's names, and she refused to give them to me (I only wanted her name so that I could say in my reports that she was nice and trying to be helpful, but OH WELL). She said I had to come in and talk to the owner in person (yeah, I'm really inclined to do that, after he yelled at me and hung up on me). The new owner is outrageously rude and obviously doesn't care about a loyal customer, and I hope my $20 is worth it to him. Not only am I disgusted, but I am allergic to roaches. Will NEVER go near this place again!
