I order from Pizza Man in Pikesville all the time because their chicken tenders, pizza, and subs are always delicious and come out hot and fresh. The staff, both on the phone and in person, are friendly, and the carryout spot is clean and efficient, though parking can be a bit tight. My favorites are the steak sub and the thin crust pizzas, and even when I've asked for off-menu items, they've been happy to make them for me.
