To the owner:
You need to fire the whole crew, kitchen and wait staff. The language and attitude of your staff is deplorable. I used to enjoy the food and my dining experience at your restaurant. A little more than a year ago things changed. The food quality is not good any longer. The wait staff are gutter people. When I had to sit and watch nudity on your tv during dinner with my 8 year old that was it! I won't return . This crew is killing your business!!! Look at all the negative reviews. What a shame.

I just had one of the best steak subs in my life. What made is so good, was that no grease was dripping off of it, while I was eating it. the sub was loaded with meat and veggies. Thanks for a great lunch.

I had to wait a hr and 1/2 which I wouldn't mind if it was correct. My steak in my salad was spicy which made me not eat my salad. As well as i was susposed to get seasoned lettuce and never did. I order two salads both salads were susposed to come with garlic bread aND never received it as well. Also I ordered chicken tenders with ranch aND haven't received that as well.

Worst food I've ever ordered from take out and they forgot half of it. Will never order from there again!

Waited over hour for delivery, called to find out, they lost or forgot my order!!!! They messed up previous orders, never again

The last 2 times we have ordered for delivery we have had to call back to see where they were. I waited an hour and nobody yet. Called back down and they FORGOT us. Next time we ordered and it was SAME THING. The final time was 2 hours. I called after an HOUR AND A HALF AND WAS TOLD "OH IT ON THE WAY"...30 mins later its here (being generous w/the time). Oh, but of course...IT'S WRONG & IT'S COLD...HOW CAN IT BE COLD?! I call back the girl says "I know, it's ridiculous isn't it." So, I went without having dinner...nothing to fix it was even attempted. So, what am I to do about the tips...is it the delivery guys fault? I do know that NOTHING WAS WORTH THE TIPS..(one guy did try to make it right, maybe he needs to run the place. This place use to be our favorite, now we order because it is the only place close to us. It makes me sad to give this review.

the pizza and wings quality has gone down hill and if you do carry out you might get what you ordered but then again, you probably will not-- the waitresses are too busy socializing when you call in to take your pick up or delivery item correctly- even in house is bad- they never seems to listen to your full order and so you never get your full order without asking and reminding several times- that is not what I ordered. The pick up is horrible- you can order seasoned lettuce salads and they will invariably ask you what type of dressing would you like???DUH??? then when you pick up it is plain lettuce and they ask- did you want dressing to go with that? Everytime we try again to do a carry out- -the order is wrong! PAY ATTENTION LADIES to the paying customer!
