My husband and I had lunch at Red Lobster today in Annapolis MD and it was the most horrible experience that I had eaten raw stuffed tilapia w Langostino Lobster meal. I didn't notice the fish was not done until I had eaten to the bottom layer and noticed that the fish was under cooked. The manager had the nerve to state that I should have told the waiter to have my fish ran through the cooker twice and the fish looked done to him. First of all, my question to the manager is why the Cook didn't cook the fish until it was done. I also had to send back the ceasar salad which the lettuce was wilted. Also, I have ordered this meal before from other local Red Lobster restaurants and never had to tell the waiter to run my tilapia meal through the cooker twice and it was cooked well. We will never eat a Red Lobster in Annapolis again.
