After a long hockey game at Skate Frederick, I stopped by Roys and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service - they even upgraded my French fries and gave me a free drink. My husband and I have always enjoyed dining at Roys, but I was disappointed to find a Yedi hair on my breakfast sandwich during my recent visit to the Riverside location. I believe it's important for all employees to communicate in a language that everyone can understand, regardless of their native language.
