On Friday night, I had dinner with my parents and wife at a bustling local Italian restaurant where the service was friendly and attentive despite the busy dining room and large takeout orders. I tried the Chicken Chesapeake, a dish featuring chicken breast, lump crab meat, and jumbo shrimp in an Old Bay rose cream sauce over angel hair pasta, and found it exceptionally flavorful and well-balanced.
