Best pizza in Los Angeles hands down, for authentic, classic pizza. Crust/dough is amazing. Sauce is robust and fresh. Delivery is fast and prices are kinda high but worth it b/c it's really THAT good. However... THE SERVICE SUCKS. The people who answer the phone cannot speak English, are rude, and understand nothing you're asking for. Rule of thumb, keep it simple.

I don't know what the hell happened but the service at this place keeps getting worse and worse, I feel like strangling the guy on the other end of the phone whenever Im ordering a pizza, its becoming more and more irritating, too bad their pizza is good, probably the best that delivers for the price, or I woulda jumped ship awhile ago. Service is TERRIBLE, but food is pretty good, not NY by any means but pretty good.

My rating is not for the food, but rather the service. I don't know how the food considering they messed up my order. Upon telling them so the cook was incredibly rude. I had been polite so I was quite offended because quite frankly if I had been indignant about the situation I am still a customer and should be treated as such. I finally cancelled the order, never received a refund and left having paid and empty handed. The manager was nice and the cashier wasn't nearly as bad as the chef (who knows why he even got involved?), but all in all the people working don't have half a brain or common courtesy.
However, I own a business where we teach our employees to have the utmost respect for all customers.
Maybe this doesn't happen everywhere.
In terms of food, I've heard it's great. I won't ever go back, but I can't imagine most people would experience this sort of thing.

Some of the best pizza you can get in LA for the price. Don't listen to the bad review on here by the customer with allergies first of all he ordered Lasagna not pizza, the rest of their stuff is crap but the pizza is tasty- and big.-Take it from an italian

this is my favorite place ever. after the clubs, here is where i love to go, its amazing. and its so sad how the guy below me probably asked that girl at the counter out of somehting and she probably rejected his -ss so thats why he trying to kill there service. it doesnt matter, that place is always packed at nights. and there is a reason, why coudnt u just ask what was in the food b4 buying it, how is she suppose to know u have allergies?!?!?! and plus! if anyone is mean to me i am twice as mean to them, so THAT could have been the reason why she was so rude

I have to believe that the positive reviews for this place are placed by family and friends. Would anyone really "drive from pheonix" for a place that gives you your to go order in a 'Taco Bell' bag. Come on, that is the tackiest thing I have ever seen a restaurant do in my life.
The food here should come with a warning: WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALERGIES. I am currently sick from my alergy to mushrooms. I ordered the lasagna and garlic bread from there. No place on the menu does it say that it has mushrooms. I had to eat one and get sick from one to finnd out. Since they are right around the block from where I live, I brought the food back.
That brings me to the service. Roxy, the girl behind the counter, has the worst attitude of any restaurant employee that I have encountered in my life. Everything is your fault, and she loves to say things in a snide way. The employees also say that there is no manager that you can talk to, so I am talking here. IF YOU WANT A GOOD MEAL AND GOOD SERVICE, DO YOURSELF A SERVICE AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best pizza we've ever had. We ALWAYS eat here when we're in Hollywood. Excellent. Highly recommended. Especially if you order a whole pie and it's made fresh, but the slices are good too! and HUGE!
