My family and I went there last June 2007, we liked the food that we ordered especially the platters except for the desserts. The mais con hielo which was ordered by my sister-in-law didn't have any corn, the halo-halo didn't have enough ingredients, but overall the service and the food was good.

during our first visit, we waited for a long time but the food and the service at the table was good so it was worth the wait. prices are incredibly low.

Last Friday, my friends took me to Salo Salo for my birthday. I did not just appreciate their thoughfulness but I am very grateful, they introduced me to Salo Salo. I thought I was in Manila savoring on authentic filipino style inihaw and kamayan.. I had a blast. I will definitely come back for more halo-halo although my friend told me his favorite is the mango slush for a drink.
I recommend this restaurant for their food, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere.

The food is mediocre. The service was subpar and the wait staff was poorly trained. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO ENJOY FOOD! I'm sorry but this establishment gives a bad reputation on Filipino cuisine. We have visited this place three times and on each time was a disappointment.
