Hi,
I love your food, it has its own unique flavor and it remind me of the food in my native country, however, I have one observation, I used to order your Picadillo, but lately I have notice that the flavor have changed, and not for the better, I do not know what have change, but my humble suggestion is that whatever you were doing a year or two ago with that dish, do it again.
