The service on Friday nights is unparalleled, making every visit a memorable experience. The food is consistently delicious, with exciting specials that showcase creativity, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. Redondo Beach Brewing Co. offers a wide menu and does everything very, very well. The portions are huge and the quality is high. We've tried everthing from their chili (excellent), to their salades (great Chinese Chicken salad), their pastas (try the Los Verdes Linguini), their sandwiches (good burgers and Portobello sandwich) and their specialities (try the Vaquero Steak). The food always arrives hot because it never sits under a warming lamp. When the food is ready, they have a waiter deliver it to your table (not necessarily the one that took the order). It's a great system that all restaurants should embrace.
