you would never believe this restaurant exists here in southbay in a small little surfing town. - i woudl put this up against any italian restaurant in LA - that includes Beverly hills and Laguna and the valley. - the atmosphere rocks (sit inside the wine cellar) - the hardest thing to do when you come to this place is pick an entree. - sometimes menus that have a ton of selection gets to be annoying (read: Cheescake Factory) but this one will leave you smiling after the first couple pages. (saying to yourself...i need to come back to this place to try all the things i want... with a date....with my wife...with a co-worker....with my parents....) - the wine does not need to be mentioned (they have the best selection in South Bay) so if you like wine even a little bit there is something for the beginner (just ask the wait staff) and something for the editor of Wine Spectator. I don't usually write reviews but since i am making it there once every couple weeks they are getting to know me by name and i thought it would crass of me not to put my two cents in. - save room for dessert, it's worth it. (take therest home!, the leftovers ROCK!)

Verry good food. Great service. Ask for Rodolfo or Marylou. Best servers in the south bay.
