I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly and always make me feel welcomed. The food is consistently delicious, especially the vegetarian lasagna, and the cozy vintage decor adds to the enjoyable dining experience.

Extremely rude management and staff. Stay away!

I ordered a parmesan dinner to go, and the young woman
at the register, who seemed new and incompetent, could not find the item in the order system. Along comes the cook and they both start pecking; nothing doing. Next comes the "Assistant Manager," one "Cecelia." She keys in the order, after I had repeated 3 times not to put cheese.

At this point there are 3 people in the restaurant, and she wants to give me a plastic number to take with me. I told her I have been coming here a long time, I dont want to carry around a plastic number, and in any case they know its my order to go because there are only a few people in here and I need to leave to go to a nearby store to pick up something, and I'm not carrying a plastic number with me!

So, I come back and I'm waiting, and I hear them call some number, and I dont know if its my order. So I wait. Then the Cecelia and the cooks and the young woman at the register (her daughter?) begins to chat in Spanish, which I know, and they begin to denigrate me. So I ask if my order is ready,
and the Cecilia, who had keyed in the order AND packed the food herself, makes like she has no idea what is going on.
After a minute of pretending not to know what is up with the order, not even knowing who I am, she pulls up the order she packed and says "is this yours?"

I go to pick the thing up, and this Cecelia woman starts to dress me down about why I dont have my number. I asked "how many people are in here, 3!" I said, just cancel my order and give me my money back. She then says, "dont come back here!"

This woman has serious head troubles that needs medical attention, some kind of emotional anger problem or unresolved personal issue. Her attitude is rude, tyrannical and poisonous.

The lot of the employess seem to run some cabal, speaking in Spanish, chatting and joking and commenting on customers. I'm amazed that these people still have jobs here.

You have to wonder about the owner and where he picks these people up from.

Stay away!
