I was devastated to learn that my favorite dining spot has closed down. The memories of enjoying exquisite meals and impeccable service will always hold a special place in my heart. I can't wait for the day when they reopen their doors so I can relive those wonderful experiences once again.

I used to be a big fan of Pacific Dining Car. While it was always expensive the steaks were absolutely terrific. However, when I took some friends there last weekend, I was horrified. PCD no longer has a grill. The steaks are broiled. My friends ordered a Filet Mignon to share. It was not recognizable as such. It was served cut in half, it was extremely small and totally tasteless. Awful in color. The Caesar's salad was good but nothing special.
Service was excellent but at 8 PM the restaurant as empty.
Now I know why. Don't go there. You can do better at Denny's or at home. Sorry PCD.
