Koi in West Hollywood impresses with its exquisite ambiance, delicious menu items like the salmon carpaccio and vegan options, attentive service from staff like Emily, and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for celebrations, making it one of my favorite dining experiences in LA.

it's great! Everything is great. Hostesses seat you when their is a chair and a table available for you to sit in and at. Its a big city, popular restaurant, of course you have to wait sometimes. So what? Grumpy people who complain like the last reviewer should stay home or go to a diner or a drive thru.

Waited forever at the sushi bar for the worst sushi ever. Sushi chef impersonal. Service otherwise was horrible. Couldn't finish the $22. lobster roll...yuk. Won't be going back, not even to see the A list.

Koi is one of the worst restaurants in Los Angeles. The food is mediocre and the service is beyond horrible. If you want to pay at least $50 to deal attitude from the staff and leave hungry, this is the place for you. And please know that reservations don't guarantee you a table at the time you reserved. It just means you will get through the door to be seated whenever the hostess wants to seat you.
