After spending the day enjoying the Chinese New Year parade, Cassie F. and I headed to Hop Woo, where the lively atmosphere included an entertaining dragon dance while we waited about 30 minutes for a table. Despite being busy and a bit short-staffed, the food was absolutely delicious, with standout dishes like chicken chow mein and shrimp with mushroom exceeding expectations. The menu offers a wide variety of authentic Chinese and Szechuan specialties, consistently fresh and flavorful, making each visit or takeout order well worth the wait.
