It's surprising to see this wonderful establishment close down; places like this are disappearing quickly in the city. The food, especially the filet mignon, was exceptional, with a perfect medium rare and a flavorful crust that made it memorable. Although the service could be slow at times, the overall experience, including the vintage decor and delicious baked potato, makes it stand out in the Pasadena area.
