Walking into Houston's, there's an immediate sense of warmth and welcome that lingers throughout the meal. The flavors are consistently vibrant and comforting, from the pressed sushi to the perfectly cooked ribeye, while the attentive staff adds a thoughtful touch to the experience. Though securing a reservation can be a challenge and a few menu changes have raised eyebrows, the overall atmosphere and dedication to quality keep drawing me back time and again.
