We chose this pizza joint due to its proximity and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Ample outdoor seating creates a welcoming atmosphere, and there's convenient parking for those driving in. While the bar isn't open during the day, the friendly staff and efficient service made our lunch enjoyable; I'd suggest opting for a larger size than you initially think you need.
