I have been a patron at this restaurant for as long as I can remember, drawn back by the authentic Korean dishes that offer a higher level of culinary experience. The chefs here meticulously prepare, season, and cook ingredients to enhance the natural flavors and bring out deeper tastes beyond just salty, sweet, and spicy. For first-time visitors, I recommend trying their fixed menu options, such as the galbijjim, which includes 8 ban chans and soup, providing a well-rounded taste of Korean cuisine.
