The dining experience featured creative dishes like blackened mahi mahi with crab risotto, Wagyu bao buns, and a standout surf and turf, all complemented by excellent cocktails such as spicy mango margaritas and pineapple mojitos. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, especially the upstairs room and outdoor deck, with attentive service that made the evening enjoyable even during busy times. Making reservations is advised, particularly for larger groups, to ensure a seamless and memorable meal in Edgartown.

The food was decent, but we arrived close to closing time, so it wasn't the best quality for the price. Next time, we'll aim to go earlier to get a better experience. Despite that, the atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant itself was quite nice. We had a fantastic meal at Alchemy in Edgartown, with great service, creative dishes, and enjoyable cocktails. Reservations are recommended, especially for a special night out.
