A group of 14 of us went to the Grill on Mother's Day to celebrate....
Instead of celebrating we were expected to wait for over 60 minutes for our breakfast which came out in dribs and drabs, incorrect and cold....the youngest child's yogurt and fruit never even came out.
The waitress was full of excuses that our order would be out soon while all the people around us were enjoying their breakfasts, we waited...and waited.
In the end...TERRIBLE! If the Grill could not accommodate a group of 14...why accept the reservation? And while the manager/owner was busy putting cupcakes on trays and flowers on tables....his patrons waited....and waited.
Rude service, terrible experience. The owner was contacted 3 times by phone and email....and never had the courtesy to return a call or email and potentially right and wrong and keep a patron.
And to top it all off....the waitress included a 18% tip for herself which was not earned, but stolen.
Go back? Never! Tell everyone I know about the negative experience? Absolutely!
