I have always had positive experiences when ordering through the phone or delivery apps, with the food arriving hot and accurate. However, my recent pizza order lacked flavor as the mushrooms and peppers were waterlogged and tasteless. I believe this was an exception due to the owner's absence, as my previous experiences at this establishment have been consistently enjoyable. Despite this one instance, Atlas remains my family's preferred choice for delicious pizza and sandwiches in Worcester, thanks to their great food and service.
