Multiple visits have convinced me that their bí¡nh mí¬ is some of the best around, with fresh, perfectly seasoned meat and bread that strikes the ideal balance between crisp and soft. On a recent visit, I ventured beyond the sandwiches and grabbed a variety of unfamiliar items from the hot bar, which led to a fun and delicious guessing game afterward-my favorite discovery being a pork floss bun that blew me away with its surprising flavor. The bustling atmosphere can feel a little overwhelming at first, but the quick-moving line and friendly staff make it easy to dive in and try something new each time.
