The food was delicious, especially the pizzas and the chicken parm, and the service was exceptional despite the staff being short-handed. Amanda and Jacob stood out with their attentive and friendly service, making the overall experience very positive and memorable.

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional! Shoutout to Suzette for making our first visit to Bertucci's a memorable one with her fantastic customer service. The staff, especially Amanda and Jacob, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience - their attentiveness and positive attitudes truly stood out.
