This old-fashioned Mom & Pop restaurant serves comforting, home-cooked meals with generous portions and friendly, attentive service. I've enjoyed fluffy fruit-filled pancakes, fresh chicken with homemade mashed potatoes, and flavorful kielbasa sandwiches, all in a warm and cozy atmosphere that feels like visiting grandma. I was appalled. I, as an Asian American woman, walked in with my family on vacation and got nothing but treated like lesser beings because we are outsiders. We walked in and immediately got stared down by workers and other patrons to a point of discomfort the entire time. Then a waitress asked my mother to move her bag in order to walk through the isle. Without issue my mother did so and then my mother was clearly and deliberate laughed at by the worker and a table of regulars as if a joke. Mean girl behavior. Next, I realize I'm not the most modest dresser, I'm a strong, pretty, young girl who wears what she pleases. I don't look to be ordinary however I do this for myself. I wore nothing too over the top, ripped shorts and a scarf top. I don't expect nor will I accept being stared down by an entire restaurant of general food you could get at iHop without the attitude to the point where it makes me feel 2 inches tall and unwelcome. Never will I ever go back and would discourage anyone else from fueling such a business.

wow what a great place great foods nice people and clean don't miss going to this place. breakfast all day open till 8.00 p.m.
