I stopped for a quick snack and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and attentive service. Although I typically avoid the Holyoke Mall, I make a special trip just to enjoy the outstanding bourbon chicken and perfectly cooked lo mein at Cajun Cafe, where the variety of choices and reasonable prices always impress me.

I absolutely LOVE The Cajun Cafe@The Holyoke Mall, Ingleside Mall, Holyoke's, MA 01040! My absolute FAVORITE ITEM Is the "Bourbon Chicken!" I could eat it EVERY SINGLE DAY, ALL DAY LONG!!! I Usually Get It EVERY SINGLE TIME I Go To The Holyoke Mall!!! I'M SOOOOOO GRATEFUL IT'S STILL OPEN!!! Advice: make sure to ask for extra sauce when you order it!! I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS!!!
