Good service

Not accommodating to simple food requests for children. My son was very excited to come to his favorite restaurant but left in tears after his request for his pasta with anything that resembled red sauce could not be accommodated. We've been coming for years but won't be anymore. Last time, front desk left us locked out in the rain when we arrived at 5:28 for a 5:30 reservation. The lady in front of us knocked and was essentially scolded by the front desk.
