The waitress told me online ordering has a lot of problems. I had a sizable order that wouldn't go through and the OOPS warning gave no prompting of what to fix. When I called Chili's she said I wouldn't get the free DoorDash delivery because Chili's has no connection with DoorDash. So I would have to pay for delivery and duke it out with them later.
She continued by saying this online glitch happens all the time. Well if that's so, fix it G_ddamnit.
What a terrible way to treat customers.
