We went to the restaurant located in Holyoke, Ma. We placed an order to go online for our 3 granddaughters. When we picked it up, there was no beverage included with the kid's meals. We told the waitress who brought out our order that we ordered juice the kids meals. She told us that it doesn't come with a beverage. She called the manager. The manager was very rude and kept arguing that the kids meals don't include a beverage. When you order online, it says that a beverage is included and won't let you complete the order until you chose a beverage for the kids meal. The manager kept arguing with us even after we took out our phone and showed him that it says that a beverage is included with the kids meals. Finally they gave us 3 cups of tap water saying they aren't even supposed to do that!

A beverage has always been included with the kids meals. If this location no longer includes a beverage with the meal, they should update the kids menu and say so. They shouldn't be lying to you and telling you that it is included and yelling at you when you pick up your order and you ask for them to give you what you paid for.
