After an HOUR long "quality check". Think they would have noticed the burn chicken and barely sauced pasta. Luckily my food was cold, not even warm... Apparently that happens to food that sits for an hour. When I call the manager to express that my food is unacceptable for a meal I paid for I'm told that they are short staffed and I can have a free pasta dish and wings next time I order!?? They don't offer to replace my food since I'm obviously hungry, hence why I ordered. Why would I ever order again??? Trust me, door dash literally any other late night eats. I should have just burned 25 dollars. 1 star is far too gracious
