Usually the Monson, Ma Dunkin is great! I've never had an issue here. My order is correct, coffees are made good, and they actually, 90% of the time, have glazed sticks and coffee rolls past 9am, unlike Palmer DD. This morning however I came in and ordered a chai and a half dozen donuts. I was very poliet, and after I told her I'd like to get a half dozen, I proceeded to tell her what kind, and the woman who was taking my order about jumped down my throat with "I HAVE TO RING YOU OUT FIRST". I thought it was company policy to ask what kind of donuts so it can be put into the register, so it shows up on the receipt, and also so another employee knows what kind in case the restaurant is busy, and they need to help? But what do I know? I didn't work for Dunkin myself for over 3 years. My problem is she was rude about it. I've seen this woman before and she's always rude. She's worked at this location for years, but that dosnt mean she has
