I am very disappointed anytime I come in the morning on week day there is great service and they know my order by heart but on the weekends service is terrible they messed up my coffee and gave me wrong type of donut I WILL NOT EVER GO IN THERE ON WEEKENDS INCOMPETENT CHILDREN SHOULD NOT WORK THERE

This is such a horrible location. they never get coffee orders right and a LOT of the staff is rude and condescending when taking coffee orders.
Today they actually charged me for what I ordered, put the correct sticker on the cup of coffee showing it was what I ordered (a Caramel latte), and once it cooled a little and I took a sip, it was just a bad cup of coffee with a ton of sugar poured into it with some cream. soooo not what I ordered, and a lot cheaper cup of coffee.
I had this same experience a year ago and was told by Corporate this is an unusual experience and to please go back to see what the experience should be. I did, three times in the last three weeks because I was driving by the place, not one order was correct, but today was different, they labeled the cup with my order and it was anything but what I ordered and no where near the price point. Once I realized what they did with this little bait and switch, I drove to the next town and got the order right at another location and even commented on my experience with the Grafton MA location and why I was there with a bag already from dunkin donuts on my front seat. It seems they hear this complaint all the time about the Grafton Location and they gain business from that location like they gained mine.
do not use this location, unless you want to lose money and be spoken to rudely while ordering your coffee which you probably will not drive away with. This place should not be serving the public.
