I tried the Celtics pizza with lots of veggies and eggplant, and it was delicious, meeting my expectations. The eggplant had a perfect balance of crispy exterior and soft interior, and the crust was wonderfully crispy, allowing me to fold the slice easily. While the Greek salad was made with iceberg lettuce, switching to Romaine would make it a perfect 5/5.
