Recently, my daughter fell ill and I came across Grandma's Chicken Soup. When my daughter had to be hospitalized on the day of the scheduled delivery, I reached out to them for help. Their exceptional customer service amazed me as they not only responded promptly to my email but also personally called me to address the situation. I was deeply touched by their thoughtful gesture of holding the delivery until my daughter was back home, allowing me to send the care package at a more suitable time.
