Ordered 88.00 worth and was so happy my family and I could afford it after a long two months. Grateful they delivered but never again from this place. The woman that answered (assuming it's the owner) was so rude and I almost just cancelled for that reason but thought "maybe she's having a bad day, times are tough for all of us" so I got the total and added a very generous tip and she had the nerve to say " we require 25% for delivery" ironically my tip was more than 25% and I had said that to her and she kept saying "it's 88.00 dollars" I agreed and said my tip is more than you require but what if I just only had a few dollars to tip?? And after all I think 88 is a pretty good order seeing most people are out of work!! She had the nerve to argue and instead of saying thank you for the business she hung up on me. I didn't really have any business ordering 88.00 but treated myself and had no problem with the tip but to be told what I'm going to tip by an ungrateful, rude owner during a pandemic is uncalled for! Her husband (yes he's the delivery driver at least for now,) pulled up with a drooling dog in the car (I love dogs just not near my food) and forgot half of my order. I think it was deliberate and I called and got it 45 minutes later and it was otally cold. I told her it's extortion to tell someone what they need to tip and again my tip was more than generous. To argue with a customer over a tip during a pandemic is insane to me. How about be grateful for the business. There are plenty of businesses that cannot be open and would kill for 88.00 to come through their door. The food was ok but please go elsewhere for Chinese. There are a few great places downtown just thought I would try this for something different. The woman should be ashamed of herself especially during a pandemic where most people have nothing!!
