Rich, the manager, truly went above and beyond to assist me by turning on the soft serve machine and fixing my rewards account, making the experience a real pleasure. The ice cream itself is fresh, delicious, and offers a variety of non-dairy options like coconut and oat bases, satisfying every craving with unique flavors such as ube and pumpkin custard. While the location is small and a bit pricey, the quality of the ice cream and attentive customer service make each visit worth it.
