The food is fantastic, especially the lobster roll, which is loaded with meat and minimal bread. The service is attentive, and I've always found the prices to be very reasonable. It's a cozy little establishment that consistently delivers generous portions, making it a must-visit whenever I'm in the area.

Wow....new owners so I expected better food! Awful.....ordered meatball sandwich ...meatballs hard as rocks.....the worse.....left everything there after 3 bites.....Won't catch me there again.

BEST FOOD AND DRINKS IN CENTRAL MASS (MAYBE ANYWHERE) YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON A GREAT DEAL. TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT.

We visit JP's quite often. The food is great! On a recent visit, a person in our party ordered the Chicken with supreme sauce. I thought it used to be a boneless chicken breast, but it turned out to be a breaded chicken patty, it came with choice of potato. It wasn't what the person in our party expected. Also, I cannot figure out why they put lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise with it. The meal had supreme sauce already. Why wouldn't you put a vegetable with it, it wasn't a sandwich, it struck me as kind of odd. Other than that, I would recommend this restaurant. My Fried Scallops were great.
