I love the food! I never had a bad meal. It 's always fresh. You can't beat the value either. The wait staff has always been friendly.

Actually I think wait staff and food is much better at least now. I was not going there before as I felt joys had gone downhill in last couple of years and I was going there since they opened. It seemed the old owners had lost interestand were tired. They aren't perfect but tell me somebody who is??

Since the new ownership it has been horrible. Joys has been a part of Ludlow for years and it's sad to see it run down the way it is. My brother order a breakfast sandwich and bit into egg shells.. Need I say anymore? Gross! And never going here again

I'm not one to write reviews but today I was appalled by the wait staff at Joys restaurant. The customer sitting at the table behind us got her order made wrong. She stated that she didn't want it any longer and she wanted to just speak to the manager. The waitress then accused her of things that never happened. I can see where her frustration came from but she handled it quite professional. I will still continue to eat there, but that customer shouldn't have been treated the way she was.
