I have fond memories of the delicious sorullitos de maiz from a now-closed business. Could you please share the recipe with me? I've heard great things about the fresh Puerto Rican food at a restaurant with plenty of seating space and friendly owners. The smothered pork chops with yellow rice and beans, along with the roasted pork shoulder, sound particularly appetizing based on my friend's glowing review of the platters she ordered for a party.
