I strolled in starving after a morning of errands, craving Indian flavors, only to discover the buffet starts at 11:30. An older gentleman and the chef whipped up a stunning plated feast of tandoori chicken, saag, and delicious naan, and let me tell you, it was the best $20 I've spent all week-why isn't this place packed?

Arrived at Kebab Factory on a sunny Tuesday at 11 am, feeling ravenous after a hectic morning running errands. My taste buds were yearning for the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine without breaking the bank, and the notion of a buffet tantalized my senses. The warm hospitality of the elderly gentleman in the dining area, who graciously summoned the chef to explain the plated buffet concept, added a personal touch to the dining experience. The beautifully crafted plate boasted an array of tantalizing dishes - from tandoori chicken to creamy saag, each bite a symphony of fresh, aromatic flavors that left me craving more.
