I have ordered delivery through the Doordash app multiple times and have noticed some issues with the independent drivers being consistently late. Despite this, I appreciate the efforts made by Ken's NY Deli to ensure high-quality service from the delivery drivers they work with.

Good service and good food

Ordered a large pizza for take out. Worst pizza I have ever had! Had hardly any sauce on it. Ended up throwing 1/2 of it out. Had sent an email to store. They offered to either remake order or refund. Had requested the refund twice but never received.

We ordered the Italian Platter for two. The two pounds of angel hair filled us up. The platter came with one small side salad(I thought it was for two). They were out of chicken and replaced it with eggplant. The eggplant was very good along with the sauce. We got two marbled sized meatballs and one sausage. I would not recommend this meal . Eat at home.
