There is a sense of promise with the new management in place at the Lee Side. While joining in on Christmas caroling, I crossed paths with Beth and shared my idea for a local-inspired name for the establishment. "The Southeast Gutter" resonates with the nearby waterways and the essence of the village, reflecting a deep connection to the surroundings. It's a pity my suggestion couldn't be considered, as the Lee Side has been a cherished refuge for locals and travelers alike, offering a cozy ambiance and satisfying fare.
