Eat there at lunch time....staff was friendly...but then the owner showed up and changed everything. The owner has no business owning a food service business. he does not care...you can tell. front of house makes it work because back of house does not care about the business. seriouly

It was our first time there,We had a fun time, our meals were very good. I think that the meals should also include a salad, or rolls for the price of our meals, it was incomplete. Something is missing. We all left there with smelly hands, It probably would be a great idea on your part to include Wipes or a hot cloth for your patrons. We wish to come there again at some time. Thank you so much.

Absolutely the most gross and the worst food I've had in a long time. Phoned in takeout for 2 fish and chip dinners, two clam chowders and was thoroughly disgusted with what we got - the fish was "doughy" and tasteless and the french fries went straight into the garbage disposal. The chowder containers were less than half full and with mostly potatoes. No ketchup, no tartar sauce, no oyster pkts. to eat with the chowder and no small containers of cole slaw and the price was SKY HIGH!
Back to the BIG Y or 99 Restaurant for good food at good prices.

The most horrible food I have ever had!!! Lets start with the rolls rock hard!!! Then we ordered hole belly clam platters and they came to us all mushy... Very Very undercooked.. Waitress brought them back and the cook burnt them in the oil so then you couldn't even eat them....The worst seafood I have ever eatin.... Anywhere... Friendlys has better food.... your fries are nasty also... Please change the grease you cook your food in to... There is absolutely no taste to your food... Go to CJ,S restruant or Clam box and taste there seafood and bring the cook with you so he can learn!!!! Worst 100.00 meal I ever payed for EVER!!!!!!!!!

This has got to be the worst dinning experience I've ever had. A friend & I arrived at 4:35p.m. on Tuesday March 11, 2014. We were greeted by the hostess & shown to our seats. A few minutes later our waitress came out of the bar area & asked if we'd like something to drink. My friend had water with lemon, I had coffee with cream. We had ordered appetizers as well. My friend ordered the Norwegian mussels, I had stuffed mushroom caps. My friend ate a couple of mussels, said they were all right. On the third mussel he pulled a what looked like a blue thread out of his mouth, in fact it was a piece of nylon netting that the mussels are laid on. My mushroom caps were nothing to write home about, bland at best. After a few sips of my coffee I started to notice a stain on the inside of the far wall in my cup. Our waitress had after delivering our drinks & appetizers returned to the bar area. We had been ignored about 15 minutes & both asked the hostess to have our waitress come over, a couple minutes later she came out of the bar area. My friend showed her what he pulled from his mouth, she said she'd talk to the cook & returned to the bar area. After awhile the hostess came & cleared away our dishes. Our orders of shrimp scampi arrived. When I think of shrimp scampi I think of shrimp & lots of garlic, not here, no garlic to speak of but everything was soaking in a puddle of butter. The waitress brought over the coffee pot for a refill & I told her no in that cup, because I can scrap stuff off the stain in my cup. She said it must be coffee sludge. If I can lightly scrap a stain inside a cup & get residue off it I can't help but think the cup was not washed after the last use. We asked for our checks after finishing our meals. Our waitress told my friend she didn't take the mussels off his bill.
We paid & left telling eachother we'd never return to such a place again.

If you are in the mood for seafood-- this is the place!!!

Good food,great service,very clean and no waiting....

They just added a beautiful lounge this past year... "hmm"--- time for a visit :)
